Your learning.
Your space.
This page describes the current preview. The operator must add their identity, contact details, retention policy, and any jurisdiction-specific notices before public account launch.
Demo data
The public demo stores your chosen name, level, theme, conversations, and saved visuals in browser local storage. Demo questions use preset original examples and are not sent to an AI provider. Clear this data in Demo Settings or your browser’s site-data controls.
Account data
When configured, Supabase stores your email, authentication records, display name, learning level, age category, 13+ confirmation date, theme, conversations, saved visuals, and daily request counts. New accounts start with conservative age-related privacy protections; we do not collect your birth date. Conversations belong to the signed-in account and are protected by database access rules. Account administration records may retain an email address, action and time when an owner changes access or deletes an account.
Google sign-in
Physics AI requests your Google name, profile picture information, and email address to sign you in and create your learning account. Supabase stores the authentication profile, and your name is used for your learning profile. Google sign-in does not request access to Gmail, Drive, or other Google account content.
AI processing
When you ask the connected tutor a question, your question, recent conversation history, learning level, and any retrieved textbook context are sent to Google’s Gemini API. On Google’s free tier, prompts and responses may be used to improve Google’s products and may be reviewed by people. Google’s processing and retention terms apply. Avoid including sensitive, confidential, or personal information. The application does not log full prompts.
Cookies and security
When subscriptions become available, Stripe will host checkout and manage payment details. The website will store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and subscription dates to apply your plan. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Physics AI. Financial records held by Stripe follow its retention policies.
Account sign-in uses essential session cookies. Vercel BotID, or Cloudflare Turnstile when configured, processes browser and network signals to prevent automated abuse. Hosting and security providers may retain operational request logs under their own policies.
Website analytics
Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and page views to help us improve the website. We remove URL query parameters and saved-chat identifiers from page-view URLs, and exclude authentication callbacks and the owner panel. We do not send names, email addresses, passwords, or chat content as analytics events.
Advertising
Google AdSense ads support the free chatbot plan and load automatically in eligible chats, separately from the lessons. The main homepage, public demo, account forms, and Plus accounts do not display ads. Google’s regional privacy and cookie choices still apply. Where available, use Google’s “Privacy and cookie settings” link to change those choices.
Google may use cookies or other identifiers to serve and measure ads. Younger and unknown-age learners receive Google’s restricted age treatment, which disables personalized advertising, remarketing, and third-party ad vendor requests. Your name, email, and chat messages are not added as explicit ad-targeting parameters. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and manage your Google ad preferences.
Deleting data
Account Settings includes a permanent deletion action for your account, profile, chats, visuals, and usage counters. The operator’s Supabase service credential is required for this action. Provider backups and external AI processing are governed by the providers’ retention policies.
Young learners
The chatbot is for learners age 13 and older. Email signup requires a declaration; existing and Google accounts confirm once before their first chat. This is a self-declaration, not a check of your identity or birth date. Before a public launch, the operator must review age and consent requirements for the regions served. The public demo asks for no email or account.
